I think it's ambiguous if different people read things different ways. If I said I played board games bi-weekly and some people assumed twice weekly and some people assumed every other week I should write it more clearly.I think my way is clearer but if you disagree then another attempt should be made to make it unambiguous. I'm pretty sure this has come up before.
