For Traders of Osaka, I found that half the cards mismatched the other half - so you could always tell from the back of a card either that it would be red or yellow, or that it would be blue or green.
To help people assess the problem, I posted pictures here.
For that game, Z-Man was not able to resolve the issue. Even though some people reported that their card backs matched just fine, for me they were able only to send another set of mismatching cards.
Im hoping pearl send out a pack of base game cards from the reprint...
