Apparently Georges is currently working on a second expansion for Troyes in order that it be included in a "big box" release as Quined is doing with Carson City. The mentioned release date was Essen '16. I can't find a link so it's barely above rumor status.
Any links to support these statements?
I did some intense searching a couple months back, and all clues pointed to a recent interview video somewhere on the Tric Trac website. Trouble is I don't speak French...
That's all I can say as far as where you might find this info.
There is a lot of other speculation on BGG but as far as I can tell, none of the statements of a reprint have come directly from Xavier, Alain, or Sebastien.
