I concur. The card backs look nearly identical, even more so when sleeved, and the only bit of German you'll see out on the board is the title of each card. It's such a difficult-to-read, Teutonic-lookin' font that it doesn't matter anyway!
Don't let the collectors fleece you; this is probably the best deal until Zman re-prints it, if ever.
