I've just recently asked for something and this was included in one of the auto-reply:FAQ:
- If you have sent in a parts request and it has not been answerd yet: If
you have received the automated response, we are currently processing your
request. It usually takes about a 2 week turnaround before you request is
processed and shipped out. If you do not receive further communication form
the parts departement, it is because your request contained all the
necessary information to process it entirely.
- Ladies of Troyes: no plans
for a reprint at this time.
- Blueprints: will be back in stores
Mid-July.
- Ora & Labora: no plans for a reprint at this time.
- Robinson
Crusoe Voyage of the Beagle: to be released this fall.
