Thread: The Ladies of Troyes:: Rules:: Outdoor Activity Port (II) - exchanging dice

"Discard a cube from this activity in order to exchange one die with each opponent, without changing their values. You can only make one such exchange with each opponent. It is thus possible to make up to 3 exchanges per cube. You are allowed to make an exchange with the neutral player. The exchanged dice may be the same color or different colors. Purple dice cannot be exchanged."

The rules about spending cubes from outdoor activities explicitely state, that you are allowed to "use cubes from outdoor activities in other players' turns". The above mentioned activity description does not restrict this further. That means, just one logical second, before another player wants to do an action, I can exchange the dice he needs for this action away by this outdoor activity?

I have also problems with some simple math here: It says, you can exchange with each opponent including the neutral one, but altogether you may exchange at maximum with three players - pardon? That means, you can exchange with the neutral player, but this exchange doesn't count a exchange, or what?
