You are correct, you can use your own die or you can buy a die to another player.
it's of course better to buy a 6than to play your own 1 and pay 5 to get 6 !!!!
but, are you going to buy that 6 to move on the rampart or to use it with other great die to make another big action ??????
That's what the whole game is, what is the best choice ?????
