Gees guys, don't shoot the messenger!
Cardhaus, like every other retailer ordered Troyes and the "Ladies" months ago. I looked at my Preorder and it was dated 4/16. I can't remember how many times it was scheduled for release but never shipped. All Cardhaus, or any other retailer can do is the same as you, order the items and wait for them to ship and hope they get all that they ordered. Unlike you though, they can't get all upset and take their business else where.
I know the owner of Cardhaus.com , and he is a great guy! He tries very hard to make all his customers happy. He is a gamer too, and got into this because of his love for gaming. I have not talked to him about this but I'm sure he is just as disappointed as you, and I'm sure he has been on the phone to his distributor complaining about the short order. Problem is if they had a short print and divided it up among all the retailers that's it. No one is going to be able to squat and lay one like a chicken and an egg.
Why go to social media like these forums and bad mouth good businesses when they did nothing to cause the problem! Why not direct your comments to Asmodee, who apparently either did not order enough to meet demand or picked a printer that can't handle the order with more than a year to reach their shipping goal!
